Shipping & Returns
Most orders are shipped same day if your order is placed by 2pm EST. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a winter weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.Roozensonline.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, www.Roozensonline.com does not ship and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.Roozensonline.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
www.Roozensonline.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Items that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a new replacement or a full refund, shipping included. Items returned for any other reasons will be given a refund, less the cost of shipping. Items that have been used or are not in the original packaging will be given a refund based on the condition of the item and less the cost of shipping.

Orders

Shipping Policy
If you place your order before 2 PM EST, we will normally have your order shipped that same day. In some special cases, your order will go out the next day. We ship Monday through Saturday.
